It is a milk chocolate bar but don’t be fooled, it is still a dark chocolate bar at 62%.
Bob Bar
Still dark but on the sweeter side at 60%.

For all the coffee lovers, Burnt Fork Bend partnered with local coffee roasters to an amazing fusion of coffee and 72% dark chocolate bars.

The Story Behind the Bar Names
Blue Heron Bar
Blue herons frequent Burnt Fork Creek where the delightful aroma of chocolate wafts from the kitchen in which this fine chocolate is handcrafted. Blue herons are the inspiration for the logo and the start of this endeavor to make the best tasting chocolate imaginable.
Dexter Bar
Dexter is a heritage breed of cattle considered to be dual purpose, used for both meat and milk. I consider this milk chocolate dual purpose in that it is milk chocolate yet still dark at 62%.
Bob Bar
This bar is named after a former co-worker who was not fond of the 72% dark and wasn’t afraid to honestly tell me so. After several attempts, I finally developed a recipe he liked and so I named it after him.
